Think globally, act locally! Grassroots action is where we can have the greatest impact, and when we combine efforts across our network, we are far stronger than the sum of our parts. We’re excited that our network in Colorado is growing!  Thanks so much to local 350 team leaders in Fort Collins and Colorado Springs who have launched new local 350 teams.  

Thanks so much to around 40 climate activists from around the state who attended our 2015 Climate Leadership Workshop in Denver on January 17-18! This two-day workshop covered topics such as campaign strategy, team building, target mapping, climate communications, planning actions and much more. We plan to offer the workshop annually, so if you weren’t able to attend this one, look for another workshop this time next year.

Thanks to the local teams to organized great #NoKXL Actions in Denver, Ft. Collins, Salida, and Boulder ! 350 teams and allies organized events across Colorado and the nation January 13th, 2015 to show President Obama that we are unified in our demand that he stand behind his recent statements about the detrimental climate impacts and reject the KXL pipeline.
