We are looking for passionate and motivated people to help lead organizing efforts as Co-Chairs on our:

• Fracking Action Committee
• Defunding Climate Disaster Committee
• Promoting Climate Solutions Committee
• Suncor Action Committee
• 350 Metro Denver Local Team
• 350 Northern Colorado Local Team
• 350 Colorado Springs Local Team
• 350 Roaring Fork Local Team
• 305 Boulder County Local Team

Co-chairs work closely with staff and other volunteers to help develop meeting agendas and co-lead meetings each month, support new people that join, develop messaging for effective engagement, and support various actions. No specific experience needed, no minimum age required! The time requirement is 3 months of service for about ~5 hours a month with opportunities to renew.

Become a Leadership Council member on your local team!

The Colorado Springs, Boulder, Roaring Fork, and Northern Colorado teams are looking for a handful of members to join their Leadership Councils. LCs are the people that work closely with other organizers in their area, and the Team Coordinator, to win local campaigns, grow the climate movement, and create more resilient, empowered communities. • No specific experience needed, no minimum age required – we’ll provide a short onboarding training and support in getting started!
• General tasks include light event planning, campaign management, strategic planning, and some fundraising
• ~5 hours a month preferred

Help oversee and execute our campaigns. As a committee volunteer, you can help provide key strategic insights, help with ongoing tasks, and help us brainstorm creative strategies and tactics to help ensure wins. All campaign committee meetings are virtual and can be joined by phone or computer.

• Communications – We are seeking volunteers to help with copywriting, social media, creating content for our newsletter & Google Ads.
• Local Teams Leaders – Do you want to make your community a leader in climate policy? We are seeking volunteers with a passion for leadership to organize campaigns in your home town.
• Community Outreach – Help welcome new members to the climate movement, table at events, and build connections with other nonprofits.
• Administrative – Entering names from event sign-ups, managing database & online organizing.
