Colorado Missed July Deadline for Crucial Climate Action

The July 1 deadline for Polis to announce plans to reduce emissions in line with HB 19-1261 has come and gone. The missed deadline prompted coalition partner WildEarth Guardians to file a lawsuit on July 11 against the state.
