The five principles of a #JustRecovery

  1. Put people’s health first, no exceptions.

  3. Help workers and communities, not corporate executives.

  4. Create resilience for future crises.

  5. Build solidarity and community across borders – don’t empower authoritarians

350CO recognizes we cannot address COVID-19 and the climate crisis as two separate entities, that we must push for long-term solutions rooted in economic and social justice. That is why this year, we are donating 25% of all funds to COVID-19 Mutual Aid Support for our indigenous allies.

The name “grassroots movement” is no accident and the vibrancy of summer after a long, cold winter is a powerful metaphor for our movement. No matter how difficult the challenges, we will bloom, but only if we plant seeds in key moments and deepen our roots in principles of justice.
We are in a key moment of transition. Not only are we moving from mass in-person actions to creative digital strategies, Colorado is in a transformative policy moment. This summer, we have one of the best opportunities to enact statewide emissions regulations to pave the way for Colorado’s #JustRecovery, but only if we rally the masses to demand climate justice right now.
