On March 7th, 2025, over 180 dedicated advocates, including more than 25 inspiring youth, came together for a day that truly embodied the spirit of legislative advocacy and environmental stewardship. Climate Lobby Day 2025 was not only a celebration of our commitment to a healthier planet; it was a powerful call to action and a fantastic learning opportunity for climate advocates of all levels to learn lobbying basics.

Throughout the day, our collective energy and determination shone through as we held an empowering and emotional press conference with co-hosts, legislators, and community members alike. But most importantly, we secured meetings with the vast majority of legislators and ensured that our voices were heard! This achievement underscores that, even as we celebrate our togetherness, legislative advocacy is vital and still remains more crucial than ever in times like these. Every meeting moved us closer to meaningful climate policies that will safeguard our future and over 180 of you were a part of that! 👏

We extend our heartfelt thanks to our many co-hosts (listed below) and all of the participants whose passion and perseverance made this day a resounding success! Your voices, whether seasoned or emerging, demonstrated the impact of unity and the importance of standing together in the face of environmental destruction.

As we reflect on this impactful day, our eyes dually set on the rest of this Legislative Session, and the future. We are looking forward to next year’s event, and are eager to build on the momentum and deepen our advocacy. However, the journey toward robust climate action is ongoing, and each day presents a new opportunity to push for change.
