Join 350 Fort Collins for a tour of oil and gas sites in Weld and Larimer Counties! No fracking

This Sunday, July 12, 1-4pm

You are invited to join us for a tour to educate and inform ourselves about the impacts of oil and gas development in Northern Colorado. We’ll learn more about this critical issue affecting the Front Range and how 350 Colorado and allies are working to educate and protect communities and promote a transition to renewable energy sources in Colorado.

  • When: Sunday, July 12, 1-4pm
  • Where: We’ll meet at Northridge High School in Greeley (7001 Grizzly Drive) and will end the tour with a debrief at Avogadro’s Number in Fort Collins.
  • Click here to RSVP and receive updates!
  • Spread the word! Please RSVP and invite friends on Facebook.
  • What to bring: Snacks, water, and sunscreen/hat. And of course, your questions about oil and gas development!
  • What to expect: We will caravan to several well sites in residential neighborhoods in Greeley and Windsor before viewing a site of potential further oil and gas development in Fort Collins. We will get out of vehicles at several sites to hear from a speaker and have Q & A. At the tour’s end (~ 4pm), we will head to Avogadro’s Number to debrief.
  • We need you to carpool!  Given the sites we are visiting, and to reduce road traffic, please carpool from your city before we meet in Greeley at 1pm. Click here to add your name to a carpooling spreadsheet so you can find others in your area with whom to coordinate!
